Step by Step

Our 7-step leasing process

Search available properties

Browse our available rentals online. Each listing includes professional photos, detailed descriptions, rental terms, and eligibility requirements.

Properties go fast — set up alerts and act quickly on properties you like.

Schedule a showing

Contact us to schedule an in-person or virtual tour of the property. We'll answer any questions about the home, the neighborhood, and the lease terms.

We offer both in-person and video tour options.

Submit your application

Complete our online rental application. You'll need valid ID, proof of income, and rental history references. A non-refundable application fee covers background and credit screening.

All adults who will occupy the property must submit a separate application.

Application review

Our team reviews your application within 1–2 business days. We check credit history, income verification, background check, and rental history.

We contact your references and may request additional documentation.

Approval & lease signing

If approved, we issue your lease for review and electronic signature. Read it carefully — it covers rent, pet policy, maintenance responsibilities, and move-out requirements.

Security deposit and first month's rent are due at signing.

Move-in inspection

Before or on your move-in date, we conduct a detailed move-in inspection and document the property's condition with photos. You'll receive a copy for your records.

Review the inspection report carefully and note any existing issues.

Keys & welcome

You receive your keys and access codes. We provide a move-in packet with everything you need: portal access, emergency contact numbers, HOA info (if applicable), and utility setup guidance.

Set up your tenant portal — it's how you pay rent and submit maintenance requests.
