What is a home watch service?
A professional specialist visits your property on a scheduled basis, checks for any issues, and reports back to you — preventing small problems from becoming expensive disasters while you're away.
How often do you visit?
We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules. During hurricane season (June–November) we recommend weekly visits minimum. Many snowbirds who are away 6+ months opt for weekly visits year-round.
What does an inspection actually cover?
Interior and exterior condition, HVAC function, plumbing, signs of intrusion or pest activity, storm readiness, and any visible damage. You receive a photo report after every visit.
Do you handle emergency repairs?
Yes. We can pre-authorize a repair limit (e.g. up to $500 without prior approval) so emergencies get handled immediately. Anything above your limit gets your approval first.
Can you coordinate my regular vendors?
Yes — lawn care, pest control, pool service, and AC maintenance can all be coordinated through us. We handle scheduling and oversight so everything continues running while you're away.
