Screening

What we look at during screening

Credit history

We review your credit report for payment history, outstanding debt, and any prior evictions. A score of 620+ is preferred.

💵

Income verification

We verify that your gross monthly income is at least 3× the monthly rent. Acceptable documentation includes pay stubs, bank statements, or tax returns.

🏠

Rental history

We contact previous landlords to verify on-time payment, property care, and lease compliance. No prior evictions within 5 years.

🔍

Background check

A background screening is conducted on all adult applicants. Results are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with fair housing laws.

1.Apply as soon as you decide on a property — good homes go fast.

2.Have all your documents ready before starting to avoid delays.

3.All adults (18+) who will live in the property must apply separately.

4.Be honest on your application — discrepancies cause automatic rejection.
