Ready to apply for a Relevé rental? Here's everything you need to know before you start.
Screening
What we look at during screening
Credit history
We review your credit report for payment history, outstanding debt, and any prior evictions. A score of 620+ is preferred.
Income verification
We verify that your gross monthly income is at least 3× the monthly rent. Acceptable documentation includes pay stubs, bank statements, or tax returns.
Rental history
We contact previous landlords to verify on-time payment, property care, and lease compliance. No prior evictions within 5 years.
Background check
A background screening is conducted on all adult applicants. Results are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with fair housing laws.
